Custom Reports
Custom Reports in the QT Office Manager allow you to build your own reports. You choose the report type and add your own conditions. You can save the reports for future use. You can find links to Custom Reports on the Customer, Inventory, Invoice, and Expense pages.
Choose the report type to view existing reports or create a new report.
Creating a new report or editing an existing report will open a popup with all the report options.
Report Name: Enter a name for your report. (Only necessary if you are saving the report.)
Dynamic Group: Only applies to Customer Reports. If checked a customer group will be created that includes the people listed on the report based on the report conditions. This group will always be up to date. The Report Name will be used as the group name.
Description: Describe your report. This will be seen on the report list and will help you differentiate the reports you create.
Sort By: Choose the default sort for your report.
All Conditions: All of these conditions must be met. For example, if you choose Last Order Date set to Year to Date and Added on Date set to Month to Date the report will only show Customers that were added to QT in the current month even though the only invoice you entered was for the previous month.
Any Conditions: At least one of these conditions must be met. Using the same example as above the report would show Customers added to QT in current month and customers with Last Order Date in current year.
