Unrecovered Sales Tax

QT Office Manager tracks your unrecovered sales tax on the Tax Report.  The tax you paid to MK for products is recorded in QT when you import orders from InTouch or when you manually enter the tax paid by you for orders that are not imported.  These are added together to show the total tax you paid to MK.  When you create invoices for your sales to customers the sales tax you collect is also totaled.

Your unrecovered sales tax is the difference between these two totals.

Tax paid to Mary Kay - Tax collected from customers = Unrecovered sales tax

These numbers appear on your Tax Report.
