Product History
There are two ways to view product history in QT Office.
Every product in the inventory has a history. To view the history find the product on the Inventory tab and click the history button on the right for that product.
When viewing a product's history you can check the boxes to include loans and borrow and Show Other will include imports and manual adjustments.
You can also search for a customer.
Custom Product History Reports
The other way to view product history to create a Product History Report in Custom Reports.
To do this click Create New Report. Give the report a name if you would like to save it and optionally give it a description.
Product Sales: "List individually" means each sale of a product to a specific customer is listed. "List total" means you'll see the total quantity of a product sold to a specific customer.
You can use an All Conditions or Any Conditions to set specific criteria for the products in the report or you can select a single category or multiple categories to include all products in those categories.
Below is an example of a report that will show product history for all products in 3 foundation categories.
