Order Import Issues
If you have issues importing orders from InTouch there are 3 things you need to make sure you are doing correctly.
First, make sure your current InTouch login and password are entered in QT in the Mary Kay Info section on the Account tab. You can find that here. If you have your InTouch password saved in your browser you can try manually entering the password you have in QT to make sure it is current.
Second, when you go to InTouch make sure you use the correct Order History page. It's best to use the link on the Import Order page in QT.
Third, after clicking the order number of the order you'd like to import make sure you copy the entire url from the address bar. If you right click in the address bar and choose Select All, then right click and choose Copy you will get the entire url.
