Import Customers From QT to InTouch

You can export your customers from QT Office and import them into InTouch. This is helpful if you primarily manage your customers in QT but want to take advantage of PCP.

First, export your customers from QT. On the Customers tab click Print/Export in the secondary menu. Then you will see buttons to export All Customers or Active Customers. This will save your customers to an Outlook csv file. Click one of these buttons to export your QT customers.

Next, go to InTouch and click myCustomers. On the myCustomers page click the New Customer (1) button on the right, then click "or import existing customers" (2). Click Import from Email (3) and then you'll need to browse for the file (4) you exported from QT. Once you've selected the file click Import Customers (5). (All buttons and links are not visible from the beginning)

After clicking Import Customer, on the next page you should see:

Go through the list of imported customers and select Add, Merge, or Skip. Then click the Complete Import button.
